MP PR dah makin merapu!

Bajet kementerian kewangan kena belah bahagian tadi. Keputusan tipis. Sekali lagi MP PR ponteng berjemaah. Kali ni tinggal 34 org ja dlm dewan. Kalau kalah ni td, bajet ni x boleh diluluskan n automatik najib hilang kepercayaan dlm dewan
sekali lagi MP PR gagal krn sikap ponteng hadir dewan...
ingat lagi bila isu pilihanraya menipu ...rakyat minta kalau betul tipu jgn angkat sumpahlah...bg dunia tengok... tp MP PR kata tak boleh kena ada dlm parlimen kalau tak Bn buat ikut suka.. sekarang Bn terus buat ikut suka sebab MP PR gagal hadir dewan...
dgn siapa rakyat nak harap ?

(Edited) penjelasan ketua WHIP PR yang telah dikemaskini:

PARLIAMENT Pakatan Rakyat tried to thwart the Finance Ministry's allocation under the 2015 federal budget today, but failed at the bloc voting stage.

Anthony Loke (DAP-Seremban) abruptly called for bloc voting to try and jeopardise the Finance Ministry budget at the committee stage, following Deputy Finance Minister Chua Tee Yong's refusal to answer questions raised about 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) while wrapping up this stage.

But after a lengthy counting process, Pakatan could only muster 34 votes to BN's 57.

The development budget under the Finance Ministry entailed RM50 billion.

Scenes in Parliament also featured intense arguments between Tony Pua (DAP-Petaling Jaya Utara) and government ministers.

When Pua (right) stood up with posers about 1MDB, Chua said they were merely “assumptions” and sat down, refusing to explain further.

This riled up Pua, who called the government “a half past six government and a half past six cabinet”.

When bloc voting was called, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Shahidan Kassim appeared upset with Pua, repeatedly telling the latter to “shut up”.

Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming, also from DAP, attempted to cool down the temperatures, as he asked Shahidan to join him for a “jog” outside Parliament.

Done to shame deputy finance minister

DAP said that its decision to call for a sudden bloc voting
was done to "shame" Chua.

Loke, the DAP's parliamentary whip, conceded that the bloc voting was never in Pakatan plans and they knew they didn't have the numbers to defeat the bill.

But Chua's (left) refusal to answer questions on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) compelled Loke to call for the bloc voting so that it remains as a "black mark" on Chua, who became a deputy minister after MCA ended its non-participation in the cabinet.

"We did it on purpose to shame him because he came unprepared to the Parliament," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby.

"Last week, Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan answered all our questions. Even though they were unsatisfactory, at least he made the attempt. But Chua, he refused to answer," he said.

Chua, the son of former MCA president Chua Soi Lek, refused to entertain any queries on 1MDB from Pua and proceeded to sit down after winding up the debate at committee stage for his ministry.

"He knows 1MDB and Goods and Services Tax (GST) are hot issues and people are seeking answers. But he refused to answer," Loke added.
